House of Flowers is a florist based in Hordle, New Forest, providing flower arrangements, bouquets, and related products to customers in the New Forest area.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value without prior notice. Images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary.

Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Your order is only accepted once payment is received and we have confirmed delivery or collection details.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via major debit/credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be made in full before delivery.

Delivery

We offer local delivery within the New Forest area. Delivery charges may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a replacement or refund.

Click & Collect

You may choose to collect your order from our premises during opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation with you.

You may include a personal message with your order. We reserve the right to refuse messages that contain offensive or inappropriate content.
